Air Rights: To Do or Not To Do - Is it Healthy or Not - Is the $ Worth it ? Location, Location, Location

Storage Rooms: To Rent or Not to Rent - Is There Enough Space - What to do about the existing storage space, are we required to provide unsecured space to rent stabilized tenants ? Turn it over to an outside company or administrate yourself.

Laundry Facilities: Signing Bonus, Increase Cost of Machines, Smart Cards.

Basement - Roof Space- Sale of Space: The Sale of Space, allocation of shares rental, leasing or licensing agreements, combining apartments and enclosing hallways.
