Norman D. Himmelfarb, Partner
Mr. Himmelfarb graduated from Hofstra Law School in 1974, after receiving his Bachelor of Arts from American University. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1975.

Mr. Himmelfarb has lectured before various bar associations, including the Westchester County Bar Association, Rockland County Bar Association, and the Westchester Women's Bar Association, and has addressed municipalities regarding cooperative and condominium issues.

Ronald A. Sher, Partner
Mr. Sher graduated from New York Law School in 1973 after receiving his Bachelor of Science from the University of Bridgeport. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1974.

Mr. Sher has lectured at numerous real estate industry conferences, including the Habitat Management Leadership Seminars, Cooperative Condominium Advisory Counsel and Federation of Housing Cooperatives involving cooperative and condominium issues. He has been a speaker for the New York State Bar Association's Continuing Legal Education Program and is a contributor to the New York Times Real Estate Section.
